Who this policy covers

This site, and pages served from thefoundercatalyst.com, littlefeetservices.com and littlefeet.in, are owned and operated by Little Feet Services Pvt Ltd (registered office: New No. 169, Habibullah Road, Opposite New T. Nagar North Post Office, T. Nagar, Chennai 600017, India; GSTIN 33AAACL9528K1ZA; CIN U74300TN2003PTC052047). For the purpose of India’s data protection law, Little Feet Services Pvt Ltd is the “data fiduciary” for personal data collected through this site, and Mr Manikandan C, Admin, Little Feet Services Pvt Ltd, is your point of contact for anything to do with your data (see “Your rights” below).

What information we collect

  • Analytics data — pages you visit, how you arrived, and general device and location details, collected via Google Analytics cookies.
  • Contact form details — your name, email address and message, if you write to us via the contact page.
  • Newsletter sign-up — your email address, if you subscribe to blog updates (via Jetpack’s subscription feature).
  • Comments — your name, email address and comment text, if you leave a comment on a blog post. Comments are automatically checked for spam by Akismet.
  • Technical data — your IP address and browser or device information, collected automatically as part of standard web hosting logs.

Why we collect it

  • To understand how the site is used and to improve it (analytics).
  • To respond to enquiries sent through the contact form.
  • To send blog updates to people who choose to subscribe.
  • To filter spam from blog comments.
  • To confirm ownership of this site with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools — this is a one-time ownership check and does not involve collecting any personal data from visitors.

To be clear: we do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we never will.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for. Analytics and comment data are retained according to Google’s and Jetpack’s own standard retention settings; contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data you’ve submitted through the contact form or as a blog comment, by emailing info@littlefeetservices.com. We’ll respond as quickly as we reasonably can. Mr Manikandan C, Admin, Little Feet Services Pvt Ltd, is our contact point for any privacy-related question, request or complaint.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
