Where it started
Little Feet Services started in 2003, meant at first to complement my day job running Vishwak Solutions, the offshore software development and maintenance business I had founded in 1996 and was growing into a firm with offices in India, Seattle and London. The idea, from day one, was simple. Help founders build businesses that work, not businesses that only look good in a slide deck.
More than two decades later, that idea has not moved. What has changed is the kind of problem founders bring to me. In the early years it was mostly about scaling an IT services business. These days it is a CEO working out what Generative AI means for the next three years of their product, or a funded founder trying to build a leadership team that will not fall apart at fifty people.

Connected to The Founder Catalyst
This is also where The Founder Catalyst comes from. The book, the talks, and the mentoring I do for pre funding founders at TiE Chennai all draw on the same well as the client work at Little Feet Services. The practice came first, in 2003. The book came later, as a way of sharing what running it had taught me.
